The iPod Touch is the only iPod that can connect to a
computer network using the built-in Wi-Fi adapter more public and open wireless
networks, a dynamic Internet Protocol (IP) for each device when accessing the
network. However, private networks in a number of houses and organizations that
works with static IP addresses. In this scenario, a device always uses the same
unique IP address to connect to the network. You can use an IP address from
your iPod Touch.
1. Tap "Settings," then "Wi-Fi." The
iPod is a list of wireless networks in range.
2. Research on Wi-Fi network you want to participate, while
the use of the IP addresses assigned, press the blue arrow beside the network
3. Tap "Static", enter the IP address you want to
give your iPod.
