Tip & How-To about Plumbing

Is your shower head too high? Is your shower head too low?

Hello. There are few things in life that feel as good as a great shower. Morning, noon or night....there is nothing like a perfect shower to put a smile on your face!! Is your perfect shower a dream because your shower head is way too tall... or way too low???

If so, did you think about calling a plumber but you didn't want to have to auction off your first born!!! Well I have some great news for you. A fix is just around the corner, you can do it yourself and it will only take a few minutes. You don't even have to shut off the water supply. Here is how:

This is the 11" "S" shower arm by Danco available at most hardware stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. All you do is unscrew the old shower arm, put teflon tape on the threads of this new arm and install it. Five minutes tops!

Enjoy your new and improved shower!!

Garmin 305 wont power on, wont charge on cradle

Same thing happened to mine. Put the unit in the cradle (just like you are going to recharge it) and press the reset and mode button at the same time for 3 seconds. This will "wake" the unit up.

I can't change from night service to normal service

Are the keys not working? These phones have a common problem with the keypad locking up. If so, the keyboard membrane would need to be replaced. Temperature and humidity effects this problem greatly. You could try putting the phone in a freezer for a few hours to see if you can temporarily get the buttons working to put your system back into day mode. You will still need to get the phone repaired.
