The best way to cook yema
You may decide first on what flavour's you want. It
It maybe chocolate flavor, peanuts, pineapple
and other fruits that you have. The sense was,
how will I preserve it and make it innovative.
here's one example:
we need:
1 can condensed milk

2 tablespoons of pounded peanuts
so exiting! we just need that 2 main ingredients

In cooking our special sweet and yummy yema,
you have to make sure that within 1 hour you
where able to finished it out in fire. Because, if
the condensed milk and peanuts where over due
on fire in pan. It will just get stuck and for sure
you will just get disappointed. Then it was a
waste of time and money.

To cook yema:
1) pour the condensed milk in the
pan and the pounded peanuts
2) turn on the fire
in the medium heat ( take note we can use the
part where there are brown burned part at the
bottom of the pan for flavouring)
3) stirr it until it boils for 30 mins. and other 10
mins for better mixture of yema.
4) and finally the pastry "yema" now can be let
cool and be ready to serve. ( take note: do not
use flour so that you can make a best quality
yema.)

I usually just put the food in a microwave proof bowl and put it it and push the button number that I think will be hot enough but not so hot it will burn my mouth .1 or 2 minutes is more than enough for most 30 to 50 seconds for coffee and 10 to 15 seconds for pastry
