p8b75-mle will not shut down

Hit control alt delete and look and see how many running programs you, most of the time it is a background running program that locks up the shut down process. On average you should have only 60 to 70 programs running. Reduce these and your start ups and shut downs will be much quicker, there are third party software that can enable you to do this with ease, or you can search google .

HOW DO I TELL IF MY COMPUTER IS BEING REMOTELY HACKED INTO?

1
Check out some unusual appearances on your computer Your cursor seems to have a life of its own, your screen locks up. Windows has a built-in remote desktop. If some one uses it to connect to your computer the screen will be locked. Some other circumstances like that p*rn sites are blocked , attachments are removed or downloading is unavailable, etc are not really remote access, they're more like filtering or parental control2
Find out if there's a third party remote monitoring software check in the Start Menu All Program, to see if there is a program running or something connect to the Internet in the background without your knowing.Check all of your icons (some may hide) and have a look what's running. If some strange thing have been found, on this occasion, Google will be a good helper. Do a quick search, tons of related answers will pop up, check out to see if it's a remote access program.3
Check for open ports It may happen that someone really sneaky installed a spy software that nothing shows up there. Checking for open ports could be another way. Every net connected third-party software has to link to the Windows by different information exchanging ports.4So you can check all the open ports by going Start, Control Panel, Windows Firewall, Exceptions.Open the Windows Task Manager and unfold the Processes tab, make sure there is no processes working under a different name.

i have problems with my hp web camara it freeze it a lot on messanger any help

Hi,
If your web camera freezes check your Windows Device Manager and see if the hardware is recognized and installed properly. It might be that the hardware is recognized as a camera, but the right drivers are not installed. The yellow explanation mark will indicate a problem. If the device is not recognized in Windows XP, it will be listed under Other Devices
In either case you can try to update the drivers. Right-click the device, and in the pop up menu select Update Driver Software. Then follow the instructions on screen, but make sure you allow Windows to search the web for updated drivers. In case no driver for the web cam can be found, you can try a third party driver finding program that scans your PC for installed hardware and allows you to install missing drivers.
If this fails, the next step would be to un install the software that came with your web cam. Use the Add or Remove Programs feature in the Control Panel. If that does not work you can use a third party un installer. After un installing the software, restart your PC and then reinstall the web cam software. In most cases this will solve the problems. Depending on the software, you might need to unplug your web cam during the software installation.
If the drivers and web cam software are correctly installed, and you still it freezes, there can be a problem with the program settings. Most chat and meeting software have a configuration option to select the video source for the web cam feature. If you have multiple devices that qualify for video, you might need to select your web cam device as the source for the web cam feature in that program. Some web cams and programs require additional software, although that should be installed with the web cam if things are right. But is does not harm to check if your Java, Flash and Quick time software are installed and up to date. But certainly check your DirectX software, since all video applications, including web cams, use DirectX for video processing. Try downloading the latest DirectX version and install it (Windows XP: DirectX 9.0c – Windows Vista: DirectX 10).

Thank you !!
