Windows Security Center alert ?

The fake Windows Security Center is a virus that invades a computer and threatens the user that his computer is infected with multiple viruses. Although this "tool" looks legitimate, it is actually rogue malware. It can be time-consuming to remove this fake Windows Security Center from your computer, but you can do it for free.

Download and install a legitimate free anti-malware program, such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (malwarebytes.org), on your computer. Restart your computer and hold down the "F8" key for a few seconds before the Windows logo appears to start the computer in safe mode. Run the anti-malware program and allow it to perform a full scan of your system. This may take hours, depending on a number of factors, but allow the anti-malware software to do its job so that you will be able to fully remove fake Windows Security Center from your computer. http://www.malwarebytes.org/ rather than pay for it http://corbitek-antimalware.soft32.com/free-download Free reliable antimalware solution with realtime protection and automatic update Click to put a check mark next to all of the malware files detected in the scan and click "Delete." Download and install CCleaner (piriform.com/ccleaner). http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner This free program will scan and clean out all temporary files on your computer. Run the program, and when it finishes, your computer should be free from the fake Windows Security Center. Restart your computer to exit safe mode.

my internet browser keeps refreshing ang making new windows, i run my wndows security but no malware nor spyware found. What should I do?

what do you mean "Windows Security" - what is the actual name/version of your security software.  It sounds to me like you may have a 'rogue' security software, which would explain why it doesn't pick anything up.  Many of the rouge software is designed to look exactly like Microsoft Security Centre to trick users into thinking there machines are clear.

You may also just be visiting sites that generate lots of pop ups, in which case you need to make sure you have a good pop up blocker and that its working.  Google toolbar has a pop up blocker in it (although I don't really like google toolbar for other reasons) and can be downloaded from google

A good, free version of good anti-malware software (MBAM) can be found here - highly recommend downloading this and doing a full scan.  You should not use any other program when running the scan as this can compromise the results.  The scan can take a long time I'm afraid, but once complete you can remove anything it finds, reboot your machine and if you want to be sure, then run it again.

Note the anti-malware above is not a substitute for anti-virus software.  I recommend having a good anti-virus software such as mcaffe, symantec etc and running MBAM periodically.

hope this helps

This is the name of a common ScareWare virus.
Boot in safe mode with networking. By repeatedly pressing F8 as the pc is booting. (if you see the windows logo try again)
One in safe mode download and install spybot.
Run a scan and you should be good.
