why freezer works but fridge do not

Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z. Thank you for your post!

Often when the temperature in the freezer compartment is cold but not cooling in the refrigerator section, it is because the temperature control is set too cold/high or the damper door is not closing. Turn the control to a warmer setting and allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize. Please allow the temperature of your refrigerator to stabilize within 24 hours. If it does not, then more than likely the control is not telling the damper when to close and/or your refrigerator might possibly have a faulty thermistor or temperature control. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your appliance to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

my landlords toro riding mower starts fine but as soon as i touch the shifter to put it in gear it dies over and over..carb is clean and new gas with stabilizer

There are several safety switches that prevent operation in case the rider falls off, etc. First check seat safety switch...the likely culprit. It must close ensuring a person is in the seat for movement or blade operation. Find a toro wiring diagram, or visually wire trace, or just inspect the proper operation of all safety switches. DO NOT BYPASS SAFETY SWITCHES, but ensure they are working properly for SAFE OPERATION.

i have a mitsubishi daiya model SRC56HAA have lost the manual don't know how to get the cooling working

Is it possible to control the Mitsubishi Daiya Split Type Indoor Unit Model Number FDUM321HKXE2 as follows. We have an energy management system that controls the power supply to the room. This is done by using a door contact via a mini PLC to close and open the system The room is powerd up, all electrics and A/C as soon as the door is opened and closed after a 10 min. delay when the person leaves the room. I am trying the regulate the A/C not to power up on entrance. I need it to operate after close down only by requiring a manual operation of the wall control unit, i.e. it must be switched on manualy at each entry. Any advice ??? Regards Bill

Want to replace motor brushes...any tips on this

I need to also, so please post what you learn. I found several examples for other WMs on YouTube (search brushes carbon washing machine) Note, I was able to get my Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 spin working again with the following quick carbon dust cleaning trick:
1) Unplug WM and tip up to a 45 degree angle and then safely stabilize so you can safely access motor from bottom. No need to take off back or disconnect motor.
2) Using a small tool like a 1/4 allen wrench or medium screwdriver start tapping repeatedly (for 2 mins) on the brush holders, and back metal clips that connect to the brushes, your just moving the dust around really.
3) Next using an alcohol damp cloth clean the motor commutator - on this motor it is easily exposed on one of the sides 90 degrees away from, and in line with brush holders. Hold cloth on commutator and turn motor, this will also make it clear if commutator is damaged. You cloth should be pretty dirt after 2-3 rotations.
Repeat 2 and 3 above a few more times cleaning up all the carbon dust off the commutator and around the brushes.
After that tip down and test again. A more thorough cleaning could be done by removing brushes and cleaning em - but this will buy you a few weeks/months of operation.
