Getting help on this site...

One thing that I see most commonly is when people ask for help. They only tell us the problem...
I'd like to ask for all of us tech supports who dedicate our free time to helping you out, because we like what we do...
Please be as specific about the problem as possible. Phone make, model, exact problem. And any other bit of info you can.
For example. If you drop your phone in water. Tell us the make, model, where you were when it happened so we know what kind of water. Bath water, sea water, river... It does make a difference
We want to help you out. Were here to give you the best advice we can. So I'm begging. Please be as descriptive as possible so we can figure out the proper solution and get you fixed right away...

Call Apple and ask for a tech to help.....they are terrific. The number for support with an ipod is 800-275-2273. They help even if your warranty is no longer active. Have your model and serial numbers ready to tell the customer support tech.

printhead not working


I hear this is a common fault with these printers. Kodak are aware of the problem. If you follow the trouble shooting section on the kodak home page you will be given a reference number and be asked to phone their tech support. Tech support will take the ref number and your address and send you a new print head. They do this free of charge. They don't even ask when or where printer was bought. The only info they ask for is the servive number, which you will find when you open the top of the machine.

I am tech support for an Internet provider with people calling about your routers not working and I would like to be able to help with your set and configuration

they know nothing and dont want to know,
