how can i removed the viruses on my pc?

Two of the more easy, reliable and free anti-virus software you can download are:
AVAST
ESET

Either one of them will always guard every aspect of your computer and online activity. You MUST be online for any anti-virus software to update it's engine and virus database regularly. Also, MALWAREBYTES is a free anti-malware that guards against other kinds of dangerous computer bugs, and works very well.
Once you've updated whatever anti-virus software you have, then run a complete scan of all your drives and put all viruses into quarantine or repair the files, or remove the nasties completely.

Can't check for updates for Anti Virus with Spy Sweeper - get DNS error - cannot locate server, and error code disp0201. I also re-directed to another web page when I try to update definitions or look for updates for Webroot. I recently uninstalled Norton 360 and installed the Webroot Anti-virus software with Spy Sweeper.

I would suspect your computer has a virus or has spyware or malware that is causing this. Restart your computer in Safe Mode and run Webroot and your other security software. If they find nothing then restart your computer and then go online and run this free scan. http://us.trendmicro.com/us/housecall/
