What I could recon from your question is that your audio driver is not installed in your PC.

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the PC make, Motherboard type and Operating System. You need to know all the three information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your Audio and video inside the installation disk provided with the PC at the time of purchase. As you have not mentioned your PC Model Number I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the PC.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the PC make and Model number and the OS that you are using.

To install just Double clock on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

i have changed my o/s from xp to windows 7 now my graphics and audio is not working properly

You need to go to the msi website and get the chipset driver which tells windows what it is working with. And the graphics and audio driver. You may need the network driver as well. Usually it is the network and always the audio that you have to find drivers for as Windows default drivers never work.

This link should take you to the support page for this board on MSI. If you look you will see a downloads link

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/K9AGM2-FIH.html#/?div=Overview

When you click on the downloads then select your version of win7 ie 32 or 64 bit then the drivers you need. As you can see you can get all the drivers manuals and so on from this page. It is a good idea to get all of them and burn to a cd or put on a flash drive. There are not that many so might as well grab em all. Run the one that says chipset first then I usually run video (see next part) so I can see what I'm doing then network to make it easier to transfer stuff or download stuff directly then audio and utilities come last.

Video. You don;t mention what video card you have. So I can only tell you in general terms what to do. If say it were a ATI card you would go to ati.amd.com and look for your card model and its support page and download links. Then download and install. Usually your video card will come with a driver cd or dvd. So you would just have to insert that and run the setup.

click start control panel, administrive tools, computer management, device manager, sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

i upgrade windows xp and ihave no sound on my system, i have looked on my device manager, there was showned in yellow colour "other device - multimedia audio controller and video controller(VGA compatible)

> other device - multimedia audio controller

This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your sound-card.

> other device video controller(VGA compatible)

This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your video-card.

In both cases, access: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com
and do a "custom" search for updated device-drivers.
When the search completes, click the "Optional Hardware" updates, to see if Windows Update is offering device-drivers for your hardware.

Or, access the web-site for the manufacturer of your motherboard,
and do a search, based on the model-number of the motherboard,
and based on the Operating System (XP? Vista? 7?) that you have installed,
to see if that web-site is offering device-drivers for your environment.

take the side of the computer off and look for the model number on your motherboard. you need to know if your using a network card or if its onboard Lan. if everything you need is onboard all you need to do is search your motherboard number on the internet and download the drivers. you need can select what you need, sound, lan etc. your goning to have to use a friends pc so you can download these files. when your Lan is installed go to the microsoft webpage and get the latest updates, that will solve the usb in your device manager
