Tip & How-To about Apple iPhone Smartphone
It is possible to have custom backgrounds for your iPhone and not just the default ones they provide you with, here is how to do so.
First you must find a background you like, here is a link to a good website for them: (http://iphone-wallpapers.org/) Save your desired background to a new folder and remember where that folder is.
Once you have done this open your iTunes and plug in your iPhone, after it has finished Syncing select it in from the menu on the left. Now at the top of the page select the tab labelled "Photos" and check the box that says "Sync Photos from". Now click the drop down box next to the check box and select "Choose folder..." Find the folder that you saved your new background in and press enter. Once you have done all this re-sync your iPhone and unplug it.
Now unlock your iPhone and go to your "Settings" app and select "Wallpaper" Press the image of the iPhones locked and Home screen states and select "Photo Library" Your desired background should be in here, if not go back and make sure you've done everything correctly. Select your new background and confirm it by pressing "Set" Here you can choose between having it as just the lock screen background, just the Home screen background, or both, select the one that you wish and you are done. Press your home button and you should how have your new background.
Hope this helps someone. :)
