Talking Windows XP

Give Windows XP to talk through every move he does. To do this, hold down the [Windows] and press [U]. This will launch the Utility Manager. All you have to do now is to run the Windows XP narrator and explain all the arcane machinations you.

why is my laptop comming up with aptio setup utillity


Try this


1/ Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select 'Launch CSM' and change to enable
2/ Select the Security menu n the Aptio setup utility, select 'secureicon1.png Boot Control' and change to disable
3/ Select Saveicon1.png & Exit and press 'yes'
4/ Hold down the powericon1.png button until the unit switches power off completely
5/ Switch back on and continually press the F9 button for about ten seconds; this should now allow the unit to boot up into the Windows Recovery menu
6/ Select 'Advanced Start Up' and wait until the recovery menu appears
7/ Select ' Advanced Options'
8/ Select 'System Restore' and select a date prior to when the problem occured

System Restore worked perfectly for me; good luck

the sound scroller on the left has frozen, i have made sure hold is not on but it still wont move.


what you need to do is click on start then right click on computer and select manage once the window opens select device manager and a list will come up on the main screen. Go down the list and expand the keyboards selection and there should be a listing called launch manager. Double click on it and on the properties window click on drivers and it will give you several options, click on uninstall and go through the list if it asks you if you want to uninstall click yes. now that its uninstalled go to support.acer.com select notebook then aspire and finally 6920. then under the list you can select your operating system, be sure to pick your operating system e.g. windows vista home premium x32. then click on application scroll down and download launch manager. Restart your computer install launch manager and restart again. Congrats your media center counsel should work!

How to Remove ask for genuine microsoft software? give any right solution, it disturbs me lot daily wen i turn on the system


  1. Launch Windows Task Manager.
  2. End wgatray.exe process in Task Manager.
  3. Restart Windows XP in Safe Mode.
  4. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32.
  5. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache.
  6. Launch RegEdit.
  7. Browse to the following location:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
    Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify
  8. Delete the folder ‘WgaLogon’ and all its contents
  9. Reboot Windows XP.
