Most of manuals for HP products can be downloaded from their site. So you don't need to bother if the manual that came with your printer, computer, etc gets lost, as long as it is HP, you can simply download another one from HP website.
This implies to all HP products be it printer, laptop, desktop computers, etc. Follow the steps below closely and you won't have any problem at all.
First, go to HP's website which is www.hp.com
Second, look at the top of the page, you would see "SUPPORT & DRIVERS" click it or scroll down the homepage, look at the bottom of the page and you as well see "Support & Drivers", click it.
Third, select the radio button next to Download drivers and software (and firmware) and then type the product name in the for product text box. Select Enter or click the button. For example, enter "LaserJet M2020" for the product and then click the two arrow button in front.
Forth, select the specific model from the list.
Fifth, select the appropriate operating system and version from the list for your HP product.
Once you have selected your operating system, you would see the drivers/software for your HP product. Now you are a step closer to the manual you are searching for.
Now, look at the left part of the page, you are on presently, you will see a list of typed in blue. Amongst these list, you will see "Manuals", its actually under "Resources" on the list.
Click the "manuals" and you will see all the guides/manuals for your HP product. You can download it as it is in PDF format. So you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer already, in order to view the manual.
