Toner refilling

Hi,
We have had this problem before while taking the economical route of adding toner to used cartridges. The only way is to actually throw away your cartridge and buy a certified replacement, or try again with another toner that isn't contaminated. When the refill toner becomes contaminated with outside particles, they usually get trapped at the rollers of the cartridge and cause poor print outs. we even purchased a remanufactured cartridge from a distribuitor in south america and the toner they used wasn't melting at the correct temperature that the manufacture intended. we don't take those shortcuts anymore. buy original from the manufacture. best choice from experience.
