Tip & How-To about Cell Phones

Battery First Charge On Cellular Phones

When you first get a cell phone, the manufacturer and most likely the store will tell you to immediately put it on charge. DONT!
The best thing to do is use the charge that is on the battery already until it is dead, then give it one full charge.
This will mean the battery's 'memory' will know a full charge from the word go which means that not only will a full charge last longer but the battery will last longer overall.

turn off phone. take out battery. wait 30 seconds. put battery back in. turn on phone. charge. worked for mine. this solution works for many problems on any phone. always a first thing to try when your phone is acting funny.

My charger for my env2 will not fit in the hole thing and wont charge. I cant figure anything out and i need to charge my phone ASAP please Help!!!

I think you should go to the Verizon store and tell them about your problem. But if you've only tried putting the charger in one way, try flipping the charger over and then putting it in or put the charger in a different spot on the phone. Search until you find the right one!

Messed up my phone bad....

You need to take the battery out and let it dry in the sun or a warm dry area for several days. DONT PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE, OR THE DRYER!!! Although, not removing the battery immediately, may have damaged it permanently. Best of Luck.
