How do you remove a back door panel on a 2004 Chrysler concord lx

There are panel holders made of plastic which hold the panel in and surround the door. Get at least two larger flat tipped screwdrivers, or a smaller pry bar and screwdriver, also a putty knife can aid in keeping scratches off the door
After removing the screws from the handle/armrest, remove the bolt from the latch, it has a little spring tension on it so you will need to hold it open with a screwdriver when installing.
Be careful to not scratch the door with the screwdriver by sliding
Once these are off, start on the rear bottom of the door and slowly work a flat tip screwdriver under the panel between the door and panel. (there is usually sticky tape and paper in between also).
Use a flashlight and while prying, locate the holder nearest the panel corner you are working. Once you locate the holder, pry the door panel away from the door right against the holder. Once you get it started it is easy to work the bottom and sides of the panel off the door.
Once the holders are out, the panel pulls up with plastic guides at the top against the window. When re installing the panel, ensure the guides are aligned before pressing them back into place.

how do i use large spool on janome memory craft 4000

It sounds like the holder is placed too far away from your machine therefore putting too much strain on it and therefore tipping it over. If this dosn;t work you can actually get a holder that attaches to the top of the sewing machine and hangs on the carry handle.

I have a Janome Memory Craft 4900. I broke a needle while sewing in a zipper. I replaced the needle, but now the machine makes a medal scraping noise when I sew. I took off the needle plate and bobbin holder and cleaned it. If I turn the hand wheel it only makes the noise when the bobbin holder is back in place.

did you find the tip of the needle? Also you may have a nick in the metal where the needle hit and broke. It can catch on other parts and need to be sanded or replaced. One time I had this issue and I found the tiny broken tip under my bobbin case.

Here's a copy of the manual instructions...
Detail Sanding
Your tool is equipped with a teardrop base which allows you to use it on large flat surfaces
and tight spots or corners.
The pad tips may wear unevenly, depending on use. The pads are designed to allow you to
interchange and /or rotate the diamond tip.
Fitting Sanding Sheets ( Fig. 2)
• Detach the two diamond-shaped tips from the sanding sheet.

If this doesn't provide enough information, take a look at the pictures in the manual at the following link: http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/documents/English/Instruction%20Manual/589307-02,MS550GBMS550GH.pdf

If you still have difficulty getting the base off, write back and let me know specifically what the trouble is and I'll try to help you with it.
• Hold the tool with the sanding base facing upwards.
• Place the sanding sheet onto the sanding base.
The diamond-shaped tip can be reversed and replaced when worn.
• When the front part of the tip is worn, detach it from the sheet, reverse it and press it onto
the sanding base again.
• When the whole tip is worn, remove it from the sanding base and fit a new tip.
Tip of the Sanding Base ( Fig. 3)
When the sanding base tip is worn, it can be reversed or replaced.
• Remove the screw.
• Reverse or replace the worn part.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Finger Attachment ( Fig. 4)
The finger attachment is used for fine detail sanding.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the sanding base.
• Fit the finger attachment onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Contour Holder Attachment (Fig. 5)
• The contour sanding pieces are for sanding curved surfaces and grooves.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the
sanding base.
• Fit the contour holder onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Fitting and Removing a Contour Piece (Fig. 6 & 7)
• Choose the contour sanding piece profile most suitable for your application.
• Place one end of the contour sanding piece into the recess at
the front end of the profile holder.
• Push the other end of the contour sanding piece until it clicks
into place.
To remove the contour sanding piece, push it forward then pull the rear end out of
the profile holder (fig. 7).
Fitting a Sanding Sheet Onto a Contour Sanding Piece (Fig. 8)
• Align the sanding sheet with the contour sanding piece.
• Press the sanding sheet onto the contour sanding piece, making
sure that the sanding sheet follows the shape of the profile.
