Printer problem

From the Printers & Faxes window, check in the i9950 Printing Preferences, Page Setup tab, for the following settings:

Page Size and Printer Paper Size are both set for the same size (both A4 or both A3).
Printing Type is set for Normal-size Printing

The graphic on the left should now show A4 (or A3) and Normal-size Printing in the legend.

Once that is set, verify from the application you're printing from that these settings are not being changed by the application (Preferences button in the print dialog box).

Hi, I am using ms word 2007 and need an a3 sheet format. Its not in the page set up drop down menu and the only solution I have is to customise my page size. Even doing this however, and increasing my margin size appropriately, the print preview only shows the section of the paper which would cover an a4 page. Is there another solution? Thanks, Paul

The print sizes available are dependent on the printers installed.
If you don't have an a3 printer installed on your computer, there won't be a A3 option in word.
if you install a standard pdf printer like cutePDF(simulates printer, but instead of printing document on paper, it generates an adobe pdf-file from the document) the option should become available in your dropdown.
