Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet
There are many users everyday, who are directed to download files like drivers, freewares, manuals, etc..etc... from fileserve.com. As we know that there are three types of users, 1. Anonymous user, those users who are simply directed to download file and no registration is required. 2. Free users, those users who already have filserve.com account. 3. Premium users are paid users of fileserve.com. They pay for whatever they download eg. 1 day or 30 days or 180 days or 365 days and even 730 days. In this post, I am not going to explain more about the free or anonymous or premium fileserve users. Let's go to what we need to know.
For example, you are given a fileserve link to download a freeware like Device Doctor, say this link [Click Here], you have to go through several steps before download begins. Once the link is clicked, you'll be directed to the download page:
Scroll down the page and locate this:
Now, click the "Download File" button. The above download menu will become like this:
Enter the code shown in the text box above the "Enter the code shown above", in this case, it's "cloth coningf" and click "Download File" button. [you'll codes different codes every time you try to download]
Once the "Download File" button is clicked, a Countdown Timer
will start running in the middle of the page (towards right) at the portion where this banner was [you'll need to scroll up the page]:
Wait until the timer resets to Zero and click "Slow Download" button to begin downloading.
Save the file and wait for the download to complete.
This is how we download files/manuals/freewares/drivers etc.. from fileserve.com. This is somewhat annoying, but as a free/anonymous user, we get what we need or want without paying but only spending a couple of minutes.
Hope this short tutorial will definitely help someone.
Thanks For Using FixYa.
