Delete pictures from ipod

To remove pictures from your ipod directly

  1. Navigate to the main Menu.
  2. Select Extras, then Photo Import.
  3. Select the roll name, then Delete Roll, and then Delete.

In iTunes
Imported photos can also be deleted from the iPod disk while it is attached to a computer.
  1. Connect your iPod to your computer.
  2. When the iPod icon appears in the iTunes Source list (below Devices), select it.
  3. If the Summary pane isn't showing, click the Summary tab.
  4. Click "Enable disk use".
  5. All imported photos are located in the "DCIM" folder on the iPod disk.

To delete synced photos and videos

There are two methods to delete photos from iPad Camera Roll:
1. Import the Camera Roll to your computer, choosing to delete photos after import.
2. Delete photos from your iPad manually. Open the Photos application, open the Camera Roll, tap the Action button, tap each photo to select it, and tap the Delete button.
Note: For photos you want to save for later, import them to your computer before deleting them from the Camera Roll.

how to erase pictures from ipod touch

I take it you mean from the camera roll, click on the photo you want to delete then at the bottom right of the window there is a trash can, click on this and it will come up with delete photo and cancel, select delete photo. Hope this helps.

3.Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
4.Uncheck all of the albums or folders that you want to remove from the iPad under the Sync Photos from heading.
5.If you want to remove all of the photos - uncheck the Sync Photos From heading
6.Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

Press the circular button at the bottom of the screen to power on the device. Slide your finger across the "Slide to Unlock" option.Click the "Photos" icon on the screen. This icon has the image of a sunflower on it.Click the "Camera Roll" tab to be shown all of the images stored on your iPod touch. Scroll through the pictures and select one you want to remove by pressing it with your finger. This brings the image up into full screen mode.Press the small trashcan icon in the lower right corner of your device. Two options appear on the screen. From the options select "Delete Photo." This removes the image from your iPod touch.
