Greeting, I have problem with SAMSUNG air condicioner inverter. The display shows me an error E1 A1 and does not include the external unit, please help what is the problem.

E-1 Room sensor and A1 Indoor PCB fault. Please you replace first, indoor sensor and reset.Sometimes indoor pcb shows fault code due to sensor short. After replacing sensor it will show only A! or sometimes no error. If it shows A1, you have to repair/replace PCB. Helpful?

HI I ahve a MSH-07NV airconditioner. It has had this problem before. I called a repair man and he said it was operator error. It turns on remotely then the fan stops and it goes down to 1 light that flicks on and off. I cant then get it to cool. thanks

As you don't mention the error code. There are 2 reasons for your unit as hereunder.
Check your indoor room temp sensor and coil sensor
Indoor unit return air sensor fault. Disconnect sensor from PCB and measure resistance. 8 kOhm at 30C and 13 kOhm at 20C if not replace sensor.
Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short. Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5
kOhm at 25C. If not replace sensor.
