pokemon battle revolution disc read error game wont start

First of all hotshot, Here's a few things to clarify:

1) Is my disc scratched to irrepairable damage?

2) Is the Wii corrupted?

If it's 1, then get a new copy. If it's 2. Send the damn system in for repairs

Another way to test if #2 is true, is testing other games. If its just that game, then that's that.

wii makes a buzzing sound when discs are running

The noise is the wii working extra hard to read the disk the lens might be dirty. Your wii might also have a bomb in it.............Just kidding. I would try cleaning the inside and if all is bad send it in to get fixed

wont read discs

If it only does this for this one game, you may have a defective game disc, it happens. Often, if you have just recently purchased it, you can return it to the store and tell them that it was defective and get a new one. If not, you can always try cleaning it though I doubt that's the problem.
nintendo.com says "If after reading the above information you are still unable to play a game disc, please call 1-800-255-3700 to discuss available options."
