I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA AND IT DOES NOT INSTAL ON MY COMPUTER

Print Shop 22 is not compatible with Vista (or Windows 7): this is the official Microsoft position.
https://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=The%20Print%20Shop%2022%20Pro%20Publisher%20Deluxe

Basically, you need to get a 'free' upgrade if you bought the product as the program will also not work in 'Windows XP' compatibility mode.

If you are technically inclined, you could install a 'Virtual Machine' (such as the free Oracle VirtualBox) and install Windows XP under it: this should permit you run PS22 in the virtual machine.

Hope it helps.

scanner doesnt have a driver for windows 7

This may help. Depending on your version of windows 7 you may be able to run Windows XP as a virtual machine and still user your scanner under XP Mode. You will have to install the XP driver for your scanner on the XP virtual machine running on your Windows 7 computer.

Windows 7 has several built-in tools to help with program compatibility and Windows XP programs should be installed directly on Windows 7. Windows XP Mode runs many older Windows XP productivity programs and that are not natively compatible with Windows 7, thus helping realize cost savings and reduce possible operational downtime by extending the life of existing software.

i don't have my software disc for my Lexmark x4270 can i get it online for free?

I've never seen anywhere online where you can get the Softward CD's for free. I would check with Best Buy. I used to be a tech there, and I know their techs save a lot of computer and printer CD's. They might be able to either make you a copy, or install it on your computer. Otherwise, you will have to find a friend that has one, and borrow it, or go to Lexmark to buy one. You might try to list your problem on Craigslist, and see if anyone in your town can assist you. Good luck!

what do i need to do to add a Lexmark printer to my computer?

Since your post is under the Lexmark X1240 category, I presume that that is the exact model number of your printer. Now, you need to install the printer driver in your computer by using the installation cd that came with the printer. If you don't have the cd, you can download the software from the Lexmark website. Printer is compatible with Microsoft (Windows) operating systems only. If it's running on Vista or Windows 7, check if it's a 32-bit or 64-bit by clicking on Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties . Just choose and click the correct driver compatible with your operating system:
- Driver for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP and Server 2003.
- Drivers for Microsoft Windows Vista. (for 32-bit)
- Driver for Microsoft Windows Vista (x64). (for 64-bit)
- Driver for Microsoft Windows 7. (for 32-bit)
- Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 x64. (for 64-bit)
Download and install the software. If you need more assistance, just place a comment so I can get back to it. If you find this helpful, I would appreciate if you can rate me. Thanks.

Can the Zune sync with Windows Media Player?

There is a way and none of your solutions work. There is a software you can download and use as a Hack but the problem is that is does not work with Windows XP/Vista/7...Windows Media Player does not recognize the Zune as a devioce or a player, just like Windows will not recognize it as a storage drive in Windows Explorer. You would figure with Zune being a Microsoft Product, that it would work well with other MS products but they screwed up somewhere and did not get the memo that Zune is a MS product
