Are there any foods I can eat to help improve my eyes and my eye sight? All my family wear glasses and suffer from eye problems so I want to do my best to avoid the same issues?

It's unlikely that you can avoid glasses etc if you have a strong family history as much of your vision is based on genetic outcomes. However there are foods and supplements that you can take that might improve the health of your eyes;

- Vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels and red peppers that contain a lot of vitamin C

- Wild salmon and sardines are packed full of omega 3 which can help protect the tiny blood vessels in the eye.
