Tip & How-To about Health & Beauty

Tip regarding perfumes

It is a fact that men and women with dry skin don't retain scents as long as people with oily skin. This is due to the fact that oils in the skin join with the perfume oils thus making it a slower process of evaporation. Solution: reapply your preferred scent once or twice a day or use a good moisturizer before applying your fragrance.

do you have Indian jojoba plant

Maybe they got the tocopherol from the plant seeds for to eat but its not suitable for consuption you can see this like a marketing technical concept the same as Aloe Vera that only the last years is made for consumption frome some ingredients from it but is also not consumable normally makes curiosity some healthy ingredients from the leaves
so you can see it, but due to the high content of tocopherol Jojoba oil oxidizes slowly, remains stable and stimulates the healing of scars. It is a natural anti-oxidant therefore ideally suited for aging skin. According to specialists Jojoba oil regulates the moisture balance of the skin cells, inhibits sebum production and is therefore suitable for both dry and oily skin. *also protects the skin and hair from the elements, has a natural SPF 4 and ensures that the skin remains more brown. *Aromatherapists use jojoba oil pure or in mixtures with, among others; dry or irritated skin, oily or akne skin, psoriasis, eczema, scars, inflammation. *The oil can blend well with other essential oils and base oils.contraindication: no adverse skin reactions known.Jojoba oil is not suitable for internal use. Here is an example of application of the skin care:recipe for a facial oil for oily skin; 50 ml Jojoba oil, 5 drops Cypress and 7 drops of Lemon (OR 5 drops bergamot and 5 drops Ylang Ylang) *

i have oily skin, after applying the superstay foundation, it looks matte and it looks great, about an hour later im super oily, tips to fix this?

I have the same type of skin. I know exactly what you mean.

If you want to continue using that foundation, try using a toner on your skin first after washing your face on a regular basis - or just before applying the foundation. Toners are basically alcohol water & minerals. They clarify your skin. Using a toner will cut down on the amount of oil that might become trapped under the foundation, but it will not solve the problem completely.

If you want to solve the problem completely, change foundations from your Maybelline to the stuff that I use which is Revlon Colorstay makeup with softflex spf 6 - combination oily skin formula. I have tried everything over the last 10 years and this is the only thing that really works. You can get it at CVS, Walmart, RiteAide and most dime stores. It costs between $ 12.00 to $ 16.00 dollars and you only need a tiny amount of product to do your whole face.

You will see the difference when you put it on your finger. It is not oily, or greasy and it dries quickly. It can cover up anything and once it dries, it is set in place for the day. It washes off with water but makeup remover is better (opion not fact).

What is my skin type and how is it determined?

Most women's skin type falls into one of six categories: dry; somewhat dry; normal; somewhat oily; oily; or combination. Skin type, which is determined by the amount of oil secretion, is hereditary. Environmental influences can tend to exacerbate conditions, but the different areas in the skin that produce oil and the amounts of oil produced are based on genetics.
