Check out gel eyeliners. An eyeliner review consistently ranks Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner as a product with staying power. It's easy to use and reviewers claim that it stays in place for hours. This liner is great for creating a more dramatic evening look.

Check out easy-gliding pencils. TIGI Bed Head Big Fat Fun! For Eyes glides easily onto eyes for a smoother application. For those who struggle with sensitivity, the formula is also gentle on the eyes.

I am only 27 and I have noticed that the skin above my eyes is starting to droop. I am very upset because this is making me look older and more tired looking. Is there ANYTHING that I can do to help this look?

For droopy eyelids, you need to "lift" the eye with eyeliner. Instead of following the eye downward, bring the liner upward. Using eyeliner below lower lashes will bring your eyes upward also. Then connect the outer edge of eyeliner with the crease color. You may want to begin using an eye cream with collagen to increase the elasticity around the eyes.

To be on the safe side, please mention your droopy eyes to your doctor on your next visit as droopy eyes can be one of the first signs of a muscular disease.

How do you apply eyeshadow to dark brown eyes?

Ok, you have dark brown eyes? So do I! Many women do, its the most dominant eye color in the world. Ok so, how do you make them look big and beautiful? You must buy great makeup! Ok so one way to make them pop is to buy different eyeshadow colors than your eye is. So for you I would recommend a pink with gold, a blue with sliver, a light purple, a peachy color, something sparkly, but lighter colored. Don't use dark eyeshadow on dark eyes! Also, you must buy a good mascara. I tend to use dark mascara and lighter eyeshadow. It really does make your eyes big and georgous! Don't use eyeliner on dark eyes unless its on the top! It makes your eyes look smaller! Proven fact that when you have dark eyes, and you put eyeliner on the bottom, it makes them look small, and beaty. I hope this answer helped you out. Enjoy :]

How can you make your eyes bigger with eyeliner and how do you apply it?

put white eyeliner in you inner corner and waterline
You can also try other bright colors
or search on you tube :))
A way to open up your eyes is to use less eye liner on the bottom than the top. You also must use a different color of eyeshadow than the color of your eyes. For example say you have blue eyes, use a dark purple, or brown, maybe a gold or sliver. For brown or green eyes use a light pink with a gold coating, or a blue with sliver on top. You also MUST choose a great mascara. I have found that Lash blast works very well. Also, use waterproof for mascara, so that the black doesn't come down below your eyes, you will look like you have been crying if you rub your eye once or twice. Personally I don't like eyeliner, but don't let that stop you. The way I would prefer people to put it on is to first, put on regular eyeliner, not liquid. Get it perfectly the way you want it, but don't put so much on. If you REALLY want your eyes to pop, then you do a coating of liquid on top. Get a Q-tip, and soak it in eye makeup remover. You shape the liquid eyeliner with the Q-tip so that it is perfectly straight. Another mistake that people make, is putting the eyeliner just at the end of there eyelid. Make sure if your putting it on, that it is across the whole eyelid. Anymore questions? Just ask :]
