How to Find Shark Parts and Accessories
There seems to be many people that are looking for parts and accessories for their Shark products. Shark does have a website where they sell parts and accessories for their products.
Whether you are looking for parts for you Steam product, Upright vacuum, Garment care product, or your hand or cordless vacuum, you can find any of the available parts here.
Go to http://www.sharkclean.com
Then at the top right under the search box, hover over the parts and accessories tab.
A drop down menu will appear and you can choose which product you want to see the parts for.
Click on that product and you will then see separate boxes for parts and accessories for all of the products in that category.
Click on the product you have and then you will see a list of parts or a list of accessories available for that product.
There are many parts available for their products, but I would not say that they have available every part that could possibly break.
There no parts that pertain to the heating function, so if your product stops making steam for instance, there are no parts that can help you fix that.
Broken handles are fixable and are there. Replacement heads and replacement head coverings are there as would be expected.
If you are in need of parts to fix a product that is not heating, I would suggest looking for used products on Ebay or something like that. Also advertising for a used product may also get you the parts you need...unless of course they are selling it because of the same problem that you had...make sure to check that out first.

Sorry, but your information is over a year old, and they no longer show their canister steam machines
If you are looking for the SC505, they no longer make them and if you contact them one will be offered another model as a replacement. Mine just arrived and I'm disappointed that the above model is no longer made.
