Tips on how to Choose Wear and Care for converse all star shoes

Buying Converse shoes is quite simple. Make sure one's just like the other, from the way the toe guard sits on the shoe to the distance between the eyelets. Check to see if the tongue pokes out about an inch over your laced-up shoelaces on each shoe. Here are some tips for wearing your converse shoes: •Wear quality socks that allow your feet to breathe.•Keep your laces untwisted within the eyelet space so they'll last longer and look fresher. •Make Converse your own by choosing laces in a different color or size. •Center the tongue of the shoe so they'll be more comfortable on your feet.•Make sure to confirm that wearing Converse will not create or magnify any foot problems. Bunyons, pronation, supination will all lead to more serious problems and later it will be harder to find shoes that fit and feel comfortable. When caring for your Converse shoes, just say no to bleach! Use soap and water to clean shoes without damage.

Which shoes are most comfortable for the pain in the foot?

Converse all star high shoes are comfortable for many people, but for people with pre-existing foot pain the basic converse gym shoe may not have enough cushioning. They are flat soles, but lack any support, and I find they do not help me, as I too have foot pain. The ideal shoe for foot pain has cushioning and needs to fit properly. Converse do have other running shoes with more cushioning, but so do other brands. Ideally see a podiatrist for advice, or at least get a shoe that has very good cushioning and has been fitted at a shoe store. Foot pain can cause so much grief, so its worth getting good shoes.

Do you need special shoes to perform cheerleading stunts?

You should decide whether to buy indoor or outdoor shoes when buying cheer shoes as they are completely different. Some cheer should house toe grooves so that the toes have their own section this is for stability. Also some cheer shoes are ankle high to provide more stability for squads that perform a lot of stunts. Stunts are heavy on the feet so try to get a shoe with a patented sole and heel to absorb the shock.

I'm looking for a new rock climbing shoes.A friend of mine recommended me on 'Copperhead Climbing Shoe'. Any experience with this shoe guys?

I own it .So far, I like this shoe. First off, most 5.10 shoe toe shapes don't work for my feet (my second toe is as long as my big toe). However, this shoe provides a fit with no slop for my toes while allowing my toes to not be jammed up with their knuckles grinding through the top of the shoe.
For climbing, I'd say they do very well for trad climbing. Not as well for power-edging 5.11 and up, but just fine for easier stuff.Overall good shoe; would recommend it. .

I'm considering buying shoes with toes. How can I know that my fivefingers fit?

Ideally, you will want your toes and heel to fit into each pocket comfortably snug, with your longest toe grazing the end of the toe pocket. You do not want the standard 1/2 inch of "wiggle" room as desired in traditional footwear.
Although it is perfectly fine for your toes to graze the end of the toe pockets, make sure that each toe can extend fully. If any of your toes are scrunched or curled due to lack of space, you need to go up in size. Alternately, if you wiggle your toes and they slip out of the toe pockets, you need to go down in size. Ultimately, you should find a pair that you are comfortable in and that allow you to perform activities freely and naturally-as if you are wearing no shoes at all!
