Tip regarding a new running shoes

Don't wear a new shoe in a race. When you go off to run a marathon, bring your old friends along. Wear shoes and socks that you've broken in thoroughly.

my shoe is tight and my feet start paining. how to get it loosen it.

depending on the type of shoe, this may not work, but with most shoes, you can take and stuff them with balled up newspaper stretching the shoe, really force it in there and leave it for at least 24 hours. If it won't hurt the material of the shoe, lightly dampen it first.

Discoloring on feet - especially black Arche shoes. Hpw to solve

So you are saying the shoes you are wearing are giving you discoloration? That seems to be a manufacturing problem with cheap materials the shoes is made of. You personally still liking the shoes but not the effects of it could wear invisible socks so that they protect your feet but cant be seen. Or wear stockings so it rubs off onto the stockings and not your feet. If that doesn't work or suit you try doing something to the actually shoe. Maybe putting something on it to act like a shield. Like clear nail polish can be a solution since it would create a clear wall between your feet and the color of the shoes.

I'm fairly 7 in shoes and boot. I should get 6.5 for a Rider Spur Inside Zip

You need to try on Frye boots in person. The size can vary by style with this brand. Also, you need to make sure that you try it on with the type of socks that you plan to wear it with. I recommend wearing thick socks - if you later choose to wear the boots with tights, you can always where sock over the tights.

This style has a narrow ankle, so if you must order without trying on, I recommend a size 7. The boot will stretch with use, but that's no help if you can't get it on!

Well, I wear my men's UGG ascot slippers a lot. I do not wear socks with them when I do wear the shoes. After I wear them, I spray the UGG odor spray in the slippers to prevent lingering odor. However, they continue to smell and make my feet smell pretty bad also. I always make it a point to wash my feet before wearing them to prevent this from happening. Is there any way to clean the inside of the slippers?

The problem is the heat produced in the shoes. Since they are so warm many people's feet sweat in them making them smell, and the fur makes the smell stay. One suggestions would be to obviously wear socks, that's what I do with my uggs. If you would rather not wear socks then you can try washing them, but you can only do it by hand because the washer may ruin them. Be careful tho because they are easily ripped when wet. If that doesn't help enough then get odor eaters for shoes and use them when you aren't wearing them. If possible many people have started to replace the inserts in their uggs. Click here to see a website that sells these inserts and click here for a website that sells odor eaters.
