Hi, I recently bought a bottle of Salley Hansen "No More Breaks". Found that the polish chipped off as soon as my hands came into contact with any form of soap. Be it shampoo or dishwashing liquid. I thought that may it was because I had only applied 2 coats of polish, but the third time around I applied 3 coats and waited for each coat to dry thoroughly. No luck. The polish chips off each time. Could I have bought an old bottle, or what do you think the problem is.?

Well, if you have this problem with all nail polish, then you can safely assume that the problem may be that you have oily nails - in which case your nails will secrete oils that lift the nail polish off your nail, causing it to chip.

BUT

If you are only experiencing this problem with this particular bottle of Salley Hansen, then it is likely that it may be a formula problem.

For both instances, try using a primer and a base coat polish BEFORE applying the Sally Hansen. This will improve the adhering of the polish to your nail no matter what the problem is.

Hi, I have a bottle of protein boost nail fortifier, how do I apply this, I have no instructions? Thanks Henriette

apply like regular nail polish, there maybe instructions on the bottle, but I prefer to apply strengthener once a day (UNDER regular nail polish) or on top of another coat of strengthener

getting bubbles after the nail polish dries

Make sure you let each coat dry completely before applying the next, air can get trapped between them as it dries

paint colour for 1973 tx750 yamaha

Can duplicate the 73 paint but it is gold candy over silver metal flake.
  1. apply Grey primer sealer
  2. apply silver base coat, apply 3 coats
  3. apply silver metal flake mixed with clear, about 3 coats
  4. apply about 2 coats heavy clear
  5. sand clear smooth because metal flake makes it rough
  6. apply about 3 coats of tinted clear (candy gold or yellow)
  7. let it dry, inspect it, wet sand with 600 or finer
  8. apply final coats of clear to all parts except the fuel tank, apply only one coat to tank
  9. lightly wet sand the tank
  10. paint the gold and black striping on the tank, don't have any stickers and paint is thinner
  11. apply 3 medium coats of clear to the tank
  12. west sand with 1200 grit and polish all parts
  13. mix huge glass of good tequila, get lawn chair, sit back and admire
hope this helps
