How to increase computer performance by de-fragmenting.

It's fairly simple to de-frag your computer, and it helps with performance. All you have to do is to double click My Computer, right click on the hard drive, usually local drive or C: drive, then click on properties. Click on tools then click on Defragment now. Then click defragment now. Let it go through the process and close it out when its done.

what does de frag do

De Frag defragments the files and puts the bits of files in the same place and that speed up the search time. Drivers run the systems and the latest drivers, only get them from the manufacturers web site, will improve the systems within the computer.

dell printer won't shut off after printing

Here is the solution for your issue:

1.Click Start, and right-click My Computer.
2.Click Properties, then click Hardware.
3.Click Device Manager.
4.Double-click the Universal Serial Bus Controllers branch to expand it.
5.Right-click USB Root Hub, and then click Properties.
6.Click Power Management.
7.De-select the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
check box.
Note: If the Root Hub is listed twice in the Device Manger, perform the
steps 5 to 7 on the second entry.

8.Click OK, and close Device Manager.
