Start each day with silence; for the first 15 minutes of each morning just spend time in silence; don't say anything.
1. Think about what you are thankful for.
2. think about how you would like to see this day in your mind, envisions what you what to happen. think about the positive ideas and things you want to do.
3. think on ways to complete each task. see yourself as you are doing the things you desire. follow in your minds eye the way you want it all to be played out.
4. give things for your health and strength. start your morning by doing or saying something positive to yourself, (example) this is going to be a wonderful day. smile and continue to smile all day. no matter what you are face with just say to yourself i will have a good day.
5. do something positive for someone else, a family member, friend, co-worker. but do it early in the day. call someone and say something kind to them.
6. it's all about what you say. What you think will always be more important than any thing you do.
7. the power to be all you will ever be is within you. the silence of each day will help you improve your talents and abilities.
