I selected the progressive botton on the menu and locked the whole System, please gime some tips so that i can solve this problem

This doesn't seem to be working for me. The BACK button (single arrow pointing left), the SKIP button (double arrow pointing left) or the REV button, double arrow pointing left, basically the rewind?

Hit the power and back << buttons at the same time. this will reset it to previous state.
