There have been many people asking for help with 'stuck' wii remotes. The Wii picks it up and menus can be navigated but swinging on games such as Tennis will not work. This problem arises from the accelerometer seizing up/getting stuck.
The easy way to fix this is to hold your Wii remote in your hand and sharply tap it on all sides against your other hand. This should not break your Wii remote because the accelerometer is the only moving part in it. If this does not work then the accelerometer will have completely seized up or the connections to the accelerometer are broken. This can only really be solved by (occasionally this works) smacking your remote extremely hard if it seized up, opening it yourself and testing out your DIY hardware skills or sending it in for repair. Failing all this you could just go and buy yourself a new one!

A friend of mine has a nintendo Wii and bought a wireless router so she could connect to the internet. She has internet service from her provider but has no computer. Is there a way to connect her Wii to the internet without a computer?
