Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet
There are Various(different) Methods to Reboot Your Computer
1.) Click "Start," then "Turn Off Computer," then "Restart." else
2.) Press "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" simultaneously. Then click "Shut Down" and select "Restart."
3.) Press and hold the power key. Most systems will power down after about five seconds. This will force a hard power down. This method does not give hardware in the system, such as hard drives, a warning that power will be lost, so it is not graceful and should only be done if the above methods did not work.
4.) Unplug your computer and plug it in. And turn on the computer. This will also make force a hard power down, "Make sure that if the other command/option did not work (function)" so you should only do it if other methods did not work.

Contact your computer's manufacturer if this does not work, and make sure that the CD or DVD is good. If not it will not work "Cannot run for booting" or computer may not be set up correctly, and various troubleshooting methods are required to figure out what is not working.
Else if you want to Reboot Your Computer into Safe Mode Here are the step to run in a "safe mode" 1.) Turn off your computer and Wait for few seconds. 2.) Restart your computer. 3.)
