called back the cus the cus is extremely upset na dshe is lost she went to the cops they didnot help her out , she cant go to fbi , she will call roadrunner and then call us back .
Cus is extremely upset everythime the cx keeps running the recovery and the issue still remains the hacker keeps putting on old files from windows 98 cx could not exsplain very well but wluld like to have a program put on the computer that will help block ppl from accessing her computer cx mentioned sat 32 and sat 16 im not shure what she means with that cx mentioned about a bios lock to have put on the computer go to my computer then scroll down it will say default and short cuts in there tump 16 and system 32 files in there mention offline serviceing cx would like the computer to be serviced and have it locked so hackers can not get in the hacker is stealing her wireless internet

Customer did full system recovery and still have issue with files and harddrive issues. Used instantcare to do a bios updated for customer and told her do another full system recovery from CD's that we sent her.
