need to remove decorative door panel

There are two main ways to remove it.
  • There should be screws on metal trim the side and or bottom of the dishwasher door. Take those out and it should come right off.
Or
  • There are screws on the back of the door screwed in to the front of the door. Remove the screws and it should come off.

Now this is say IF it was installed properly and not clued or screwed on by just anyone.

Good luck. I hope this helps.

1. Unscrew the philips screw at the top of the door handle and take off the cap.
2. Go to open the door and your knuckles will be touching a cover panel.
3. Release this cover panel to reveal the screws that hold the door.
4. Unscew the screws to release the door handle.
5. With the handle now off the decor panel can be removed by sliding it out.
