Tip & How-To about Samsung Star GT-S5233 Cell Phone

How to add/install applications in Samsung Star

Hi there!

Have you been trying to add or install applications in your phone, but unable to do so? Wondering where to save your downloaded apps? No worries, I can help you with that! I can give you tips on where to download and how to save/install your apps in your phone.

FIrst you need to find a site where to download samsung applications, the applications must be a .jar or a .jad file. Once you've downloaded it, connect your phone to your PC using the USB cable, select, "Mass storage", then find the location in your memory card where you want to save it. After that, disconnect your phone from the computer, find the apps in your phone, just open the apps and you'll be prompted to install it. Then, you'll see that apps under the Games and More section. If you get an error when installing the apps, it is possible that the app is corrupted, so you need to download it again.

By the way, you can just type in Samsung star applications in the internet to find different apps that cna be installed in your phone! Hope you had fun with the applications and games that you'll install! Have a great day!

hi, I just downloaded the most recent update for the sony xperia x10. as im sure you are aware, it got rid of my backup icon. i have researched the problem and downloaded the IO file manager, downloaded the app, moved the app to sd but everytime i try to install it says "application not installed". i have hard resetted and tried again to no avail. i really need some help.

Well, Register on appbrain.com and download the app - this will backup all your applications - well, sync to the web so after update all you need to do is download appbrain again, sync up and all apps will re-download

Appsaver saves all your apps to sd card and will also search sd card for apps to install
