When i try to upload pictures from the camera it causes my computer to restart everytime. Windows EP

Hello,
Sometimes some operating system is not compatible with such cameras.
therefore, the best way to unload the pictures please try to obtain / buy a USB multi memory card reader (it is about 4,00-6,00 USD ) and take your memory card out of camera ,plug into card reader,USB to computer ,here it is ,your pictures there ( to be seen as external Hard disc )
Regards.

i have p4mdpt mother board but grounded, what is the common cause?

common cause is that your house wiring is wrong some home owners connected the house wire's wrong so when you plug something in that is wired wrong you get this and the board should be earth grounded if you have a home depot or lowes goto the electrical department ask someone that you need to test you outlet to make sure that the wiring is correct at the outlet they will give you a outlet tester which has three lights check outlet and have corrected as needed

air conditioner is not blowing cold air

It's possible that you need more refrigerant. There are are gauges/testers available at hardware/auto parts stores to determine refrigerant levels. The problem is easier to deal with if your talking about a car. If the AC unit is for a house, it would require a service man to look at it since they won't sell R22 to unlicensed individuals.

If a quick refrigerant recharge doesn't work you're looking at more costly problems like an AC compressor failure which isn't a do-it-yourself type of repair.

Good luck

Everytime I plug in the power cord, it trips the breaker.

Refrigerators are not designed to run on a GFCI. Try a heavy duty extension cord to the fridge from a outlet that is not GFCI protected. If it still trips you probably have a short circuit in the compressor.
