How to Remove Adhesive and Ink with Green Chemicals

Adhesive & Ink Remover was engineered to remove: adhesives, glues, tar, water seal compounds, non-curing adhesive films, inks and grease. The green cleaning products and ingredients are safe for use on metals, plastic, stone, fabric and more. The formulation can also be applied to specialized surfaces, including vehicle exteriors and interiors, Plexiglas, marble and vinyl.

The new green cleaning products employ a microscopic technology to break the carbon bonds that hold inks and adhesives together. The resulting solution disperses in water for easy removal.

This formulation employs green cleaning products engineered from soy and plant ingredients that generate no hazardous fumes. On the institutional hazards rating diamond, the product produces zeros in all four quadrants, including health, reactivity and flammability. The bio-safe ingredients are documented to degrade in a matter of weeks, as described in evaluations by a noted testing laboratory.

my washer stains my clothes. it looks like grease stains on delicate fabrics. plse advise. I checked many times and dont know where it is coming from. agnes

The brown stains are likely coming from the felt drum seal. The OEM adhesive is tar based - and after time and use - breaks down.

You'll need a new felt seal - and the adhesive that is used should be silicone based... eliminating the brown streaks.

the passenger window on my f 150 came unglued from track what kinda glue do i use to glue it back

3M Panel bonding adhesive is the proper adhesive. It is about $40. I would recommend thorough cleaning of the window using a razor blade and denatured alcohol. Also, remove the black seat clips and clean this area really well. Leave the window up for 24 hours in a heated garage to let the adhesive cure properly.

best of luck!

super glue stuck on fingers

To remove the supper glue from you skin you need to Immerse bonded areas in warm, soapy water. Peel or roll skin apart; a spatula or teaspoon handle or even a pencil will help. Remove cured adhesive with warm, soapy water (may take several applications). Fingernail polish remover with an acetone base has also been successful for removal of cured adhesive from skin.

Good Luck
