The retailer is supposed to provide an instruction booklet with the watch. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch. If that is not possible, please contact the nearest Seiko Service Center shown on the Seiko world map. In addition, features and operations as well as instruction manuals for some calibers are available below.

How to set the alarm on the seiko sportura chronograph perpetual

Hi, Without knowing the exact caliber, I can refer you to Seiko's website for manuals.   Try this link:

http://www.seikowatches.com/support/ib/index.html

Take the four-digit module number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.

I hope this helps you.  Thanks, Bill

How do I use the alarm function on my Seiko alarm chronograph titanium 200M? I think it's an SNA559P1

Check your four digit-caliber number on the watch back.  Then go to this Seiko link for full information in PDFform for your watch.

This is quicker and easier than trying to pull excerpts from the manual.  I hope this helps you.  Thanks.
