Which battery cell is better for ntl cordless vs2000?

Please replace with same rating/type as given on cell that is normally NI MH, Rating current rating - 600ma, 900ma, higher ma means lasts longer after charge. Brand- panasonic, sanyo, any standard brand, initially charge for 10 to 12 hours. Pl do not keep hand set always on dock, this overcharges the battery, shortening cell life.

Eventually your battery will have a short/no life indeed. Though this happens to all laptops.
Using your laptop while it is charging isn't going to damage anything. It just means that the battery will take longer to charge because you're using the laptop.
To get the most life out of the battery, fully charge it and then use it until it is empty. It's also a good idea to remove the battery when the laptop is connected to the mains supply.
All you're trying to do is extend the life of the battery. The day will come when it holds a short/no charge.

When I plug in the adapter to the charge the consol the orange light lit. The light does not turn off even after 13 hours of charge. After 13 hours when I want to use it, the red light comes on not the green light and after short use I have to recharge it again. The problem it does fully charge even if you leave the charger for a day. The consol is new and the battery is new as well. I have even change the battery but still the same problem.

Hello there. You may need to replace your battery pack, as leaving it charged for over 4 hours can lead to "overcharging" a condition which can dramatically shorten your battery packs lifespan and charge retention.
Also, be sure to charge your console while the device is turned off. Although you may charge it while it is powered on, it will take longer.
As stated, be sure not to leave the system on charge for more than 5-6 hours, as this can damage the battery and is liable to cause battery leakage, burning, or overheating.

Battery life is largely dependent on the game being played - some games can give you up to 10 hours of battery life, though the real-world estimate is really more like 5-7 hours of constant use before you'll need to recharge.

I hope this helps you. -

for how long do you charge a 9.6V NiMH Battery Pack 700 mAh? It says don't overcharge, but can't find any info to instruct what overcharging is!! It goes to a remote control car made by Maisto. It is a 1967 Ford Mustang GT - Pro Rodz. Can't find the correct category below so picked a Maisto product just so the question would post!

There are too many unknown variables in this. One is the charger that you are using. Two is the amount of charge in the battery when you charge it. These are things you must know. However with new chargers you can be sure they wont over charge the battery. If you are still worried about it, put it on charge and check it every hour or so and don't go past 8 hours.
