Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet
Before you create you first article on Wikipedia you must experiment using your special page there, you can develop the article with less risk of deletion; ask other editors to help work on it; check out this link prior to creating your article to avoid dissapointment.
Consider creating the article first in your user space. As a registered user, you have your own user space. You can start the new article there, on a subpage; you can get it in shape, take your time, ask other editors to help work on it, and only move it into the "live" Wikipedia once it is ready to go.
To create your own subpage, see here. When the new article is ready for "prime time", you can move it into the main area. (Note: the Article Wizard has an option to create these kind of draft pages.)
NOTE: If your article is not notable, that is it might be considered as advertising then you can post your proposed article for consideration
Only when you are happy with your edit then move it into "article space" when it is ready for publishing.
If you need help with creating the article use the Article Wizard OR your Sand box.
There are many tutorials on how to create all the boxes that you might like simply copy and paste the templates to use then and fill in the missing parts.
