If you forgot your unlock code you can try doing a soft reset and if that does not work you can try hard reset:

Here are a couple of codes to soft/hard reset/format a Nokia mobile device:
Soft reset code *#7370#
Hard reset code *#7780#

IF that does not work , try the following manual method to hard reset/format Nokia :
+ Turn off the mobile device.
+ Press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer button, the “*” button, and the number “3′ button.
+ While holding these buttons, turn on the phone and keep holding the keys untill the mobile phone restarts and prompts you to enter details.

I think you can only do a Hard Reset to your Omnia.

But keep in mind that by doing a Hard Reset, all your data and installed third party application will be erased.

- Hard Reset: Power cycle your handset and erase all data, rollback your device to default state (when you got it first time from the store/factory).

How To:
- Hard Reset:
1) Go to Start Menu >> Settings >> System >> Hard Reset >> Clear Memory >> and follow instruction.
2) or other way is: handset in power off state, push small Reset button near the power button while also pressing End & Call button simultaneously and then follow instruction appears on the screen.
