step one; Get an old clean sock step two; fill it with dry rice (about 2cups should do the trick) step three; tie a not at the open end of the "clean sock' step four; put in a microwave oven on full power for about 60 seconds then simply place the heated sock to the effected area for some quick pain relief, repeat heating until pain resides but if pain persist you may need medical help go visit your local hospital/doctor
