Tip & How-To about Televison & Video

For all mains powered electronic gadgets

Make sure that the mains plug is intact and has a tight connection. this can surely help to eliminate intermitent connection which could result in many a failure of SMPS power sections which are found in all these appliances.
Disconnect mains power during a severe lightning as poor earthing could lead to damages by surges even if the appliance is switched off.

When you are away on long holidays kindly remove all such connections.,

spark intermitting on weed eater

This could be a long post but you can probably find a video on youtube. Many times it is a fouled or used up spark plug. Also check the plug wire. If connection is not tight or wire is cracked it will do this. Also check to make sure the fluwheel is on correctly an has not moved or keyway not broken. If all else fails check timing an make sure you have correct distance between mag an flywheel. Just some things to chwck

If you are sure your cables are tight and not defective, then your main board is defective or your signal source is defective.

kenmore thermal fuse keeps blowing and im getting a white powdery film

If the thermal fuse blows it is a direct result of heat. The most common place for the heat to be generated is the wire connections to the fuse, the wire connections on the main control board and the door switch.

The thermal fuse comes with a small wire kit, be sure you or the technician used that wire kit if not you will continue to have trouble. If you have then look the board over closely, especially the black plastic plugs, if you see any dark spots or loose connections make sure to tighten them up. Then check the wires to the door switches make sure they are tight connections. If all these are okay then check the gasket on the left side that surrounds the vent, if heat escapes this gasket it can migrate over toward that thermal fuse.

I hope this helps
