Taking care of your hard disk is pure and
simple. There is no big high knowledge approach for this all you
have to do is this.
- Do defragmentation regularly
How To- In Widow XP Go to the start
button > Accessories
> system too> disk defragment
Here choose your drive one by one and click defragment; it might take
more than hour to finish defragmenting your hard drive depending on
your hard disk size.
- Do Disk check up
How To--- Go to my computer right click on C drive first . go to properties
>hit the Tool tap
check now. (For c drive Computer will tell you that the next time
computer will start it will check the hard drive for error and will try
to fix the problem) check the boxes and hit ok and restart computer
will open with the blue screen a don do any thing wait for it boot
automatically. It will fix your problem.
- Get ride of the garbage
How to --- Go to start button run utility type %TMP%
and hit ok. It will open a
Folder with some weird file in it selects them all and SHIFT DELETES
them. It might tell you that some of the files can not be delete but that’s quite ok leave them as it is.
- Leave your CPU dust free. And Always leave at least 200 mb free in your drive.
