New oil filter and o ring several times but it will not stop pouring oil out of it.what can I do to fix this

I am guessing you mean that oil is leaking past the seal and despite changing the the filter and seal more than once the leak still persists. If this is the case then the seal is not mating properly with the engine face and this could be due to a number of factors.
  • Incorrect filter. Don't just replace with the same one that leaks like for like as that maybe wrong. Check the manual to ensure the replacement is the correct one.
  • The thread you are screwing the filter onto is faulty and will not allow the filter to either screw all the way home or is causing the filter to screw on cross threaded so screws on at an angle and not straight so the seal will not seat correctly
  • The mating surface that the seal contacts with is not perfectly flat or has grooves or a piece of metal missing.
  • It is being over-tightened causing the seal to distort.
Before you fit the filter, smear some fresh oil onto the seal as this helps the seal to move over the surface of the engine face as you tighten it. Do not over-tighten, just do it up until you feel the resistance as the seal compresses and then just a LITTLE bit more. There may be a torque down setting in your manual.

I have a pt50lc13 panasonic that would not turn on. I bought the ballast repair kit and installed it and a new panasonic bulb. The tv now turns on, but only for about 5 seconds and then there is a click and it turns off. Followed by red flashing light on the on/stand by switch.

I'm not sure if this is the professional way:) -- but when my pansonic 1080i was acting up just like that - I placed a small fan at the back of the right side of the TV unit and faced it towards the TV air vents and voila the TV stays on and stays cooler. No more blinking lights. I don't think the cooling fan that draws the air out of the TV was working and the TV was overheating. Saved me some money in repairs and after a year it is still working well. A quick and cheap fix - but it worked. Jeanne
