To boost up the performance of the wireless connection try the following.
- Open the setup page of the Router / Modem.
- Click Wireless and under wireless click Advanced Wireless Settings.
- In there, change the Beacon Interval to 50.
- Change the Fragmentation Threshold to 2304.
- And change the RTS Threshold to 2304.
- Save the settings. Turn OFF the router. Turn it back ON after 20 seconds.
- It'll work.
