Tip & How-To about Mozilla Firefox
Since Nectar stopped allowing e-mail login I have been trying to find a way to always save my 11 digits on my login page so that I can login prior to entering e-bay and Amazon so I can collect my Nectar
The simplest quickest and 100% reliable way is to the the Saved Passwords XPI from Daniel Dawson also check out this tip that also have information on how to export these to ann XML files with Obfuscation HERE
the icon is a bit naff but the XPI is first class if yo want to change the icon HERE is an alternative to install the unzip the files to your default profile in %appdata% in the Mozilla Firefox Profiles folder xxxxx.default extensions folder
firstname.lastname@example.org chrome skin folder
All you then need to do is visit the site www.nectar.com
and type the first number it will fill the rest in for you
NOTE: The Remember me box may still need to be ticked on this site.
This method can be used for all websites that disable password saving where the bookmarklets that try to knock out such code don't always work.
For web forms, a button is provided to guess the correct values from the currently displayed page and this works great !!
