Tip & How-To about Video Game Consoles & Games
I see people every day asking what their product code (also called CD key (using this one in my explaination) , CD code, installation code, etc.) is to be able to play their game.
A CD key is unique for every CD. Whenever you use the CD key, you will not be able to use it on another computer too. This is so people can not take copies of the game to then play it again. This means CD keys cannot be shared trough internet.
Your CD key is inside your game box above the CD. If it isn't found there, it is on the backside of your manual. Those are the only two possible options of where your CD key is. It is a 25 letter and number digit. (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx)
So, if you ask for your CD key (or whatever else you call it), then I am sure you won't get a valid answer. Try looking on the backside of your manual or above your CD first!
