When you have tried all the standard methods like PCTools Spyware Doctor 2010 and Windows Defender with the lastest defintions and Spybot Search and Destroy with the latest includes file and still you are haing problems then try suBs ComboFix from Bleeping Computers it is to be used as a last resort method to remove malware from your PC, only ever download this from its authors site there are alot of hacked versions on the web
Its main use is to remove prevalent malicious software like Virtumonde and SmitFraud but will remove others as well I suggest that you create either a Ghost Image or at least a restore point prior to running this it is like a bleach to your regsitry and can sometimes wipe out more that you might expect.
